Associació Cultural d'Amics del Ferrocarril
This is a cultural, fun and non-profit-making association, which was founded on 28th May 1992.
Registered on 26th October 1992, as entry number 13,650 in the first section of the book of Barcelona, of the Register of Associations of the Directorate General of Law and Legal Associations, of the Department of Justice of the Government of Catalonia.
Through its regulated function, it aims to bring together people of any sex, age and condition who are interested in:
- Learning, researching and discussing... by making technical, historic and industrial archaeological studies concerning the railway.
- Protecting, building, testing and displaying... reduced-sized models that really work. With no other technical limitation to the imagination of their creators than that imposed by the building practice.
Its registered name is Casal Cultural "Can Cortès" and the main centre of its activities is the L'Hostal del Fum Park. |
